EDIT Just listen to this.… Very beautiful music and voice. This is just perfect!
Edit 2: and again…

Speedpaint. I must start to do commissions.
Apple Bloom, Scootaloo, Sweetie Belle and Babs Seed.

The lighting really makes the CMC glow.
the shading on Babs is very well detailed.
Sweetiebelle's expression shows off her personality. the smile line in the front of Sweetiebelle's teeth doesn't round her mouth, looks more like something on Babs. i personally wold make Sweetiebelle's smile lines blend in with her mouth. sweetebelle's shading blends well with her body.
scootaloo's eyebrows seem to make her angry which cancels out her wonderful smile. her eyes show her love for adventure.
Applebloom's mane glistens in the light perfectly. her expression shows off her cuteness. her right eye is not as round as the others. Overall this painting shows off each of their personalities.
very well done,i can tell you took lots of time to make it as perfect as it is.

Now THIS is an example of a white background used for a good purpose. Most works I've seen that uses a white background don't tend to use it for an actual reason, and their works end up being a little more boring than necessary.

While this is a speedpaint and all, but the faces are pillow shaded. While technically, that's a term that google suggests is only brought up with pixel art, but frankly, I think it ought to also be applicable in non-pixel works. A lot of the shading here looks like lighted up areas that get darker as it approaches an edge of a shape. This sort of shading doesn't really appear in real life that often, unless you clearly have a light source very, very close in front of an object. Only then will pillow shading be correct.

The shading in general looks pretty lumpy too. One area I can point at is if you were to look at this colored area I've outlined here:

^That is what my image editor gets if I were to tell it to select this area of solid color. Areas of solid colors can very easily convey a flat shape, or at the least conveys a plane that is similarly angled from a light source. Let's say that we're gonna have a light source in front of Applebloom's face. The areas to our right from the middle of Applebloom's forehead to her ear, ought to be shaded.

Also be aware that a mare and filly's nose in 3/4ths perspective is actually a side-view nose. If you get deeper into giving ponies actual form, this subtle mistake from FiM-style is gonna make your works look kind of off without realizing it. Your pony proportions are mostly spot on except for this mistake on the show's part.

I also think it wouldn't hurt to have rounder irises, rounder eyes, and rounder pupils. Applebloom's ear ought to be more round I also think the composition could probably benefit from cutting off the extra space on top.

Overall, great use of a white background, and your proportions are mostly accurate. However, a deeper understanding of lighting and shading could make this more convincing.

I just noticed something: All of their manes have a lot of pink and/or red in them.
